"Tried the claypot bkt kon lou meen (dried noodles) as recommended in socmed. This dish I can testify is as good as claimed. Reasonably priced RM12 at the time of this review, the kon lou mee comes with 2 pieces of braised pork ribs ribs and 2 pieces of belly pork. The mee is standard Vits/Maggi type noodle that was tossed and coated in a gelatinous concoction of soy sauce. The portion however was a bit small, not nearly enough even for a light eater. The bonus was the bits of noodles that stuck to the sides of the burning hot claypot - they were seared to crispy deliciousness. The bkt soup that came with the noodles tasted a bit odd to me. I'm not sure what ingredients they put in there but I didn't much like the taste. It was also much too salty for me. The kopi though was fantastic. Rich, aromatic and with just the right level of sweetness. Overall verdict: Food: 4.5/5 (tasty but small portion) Drink: 5/5 (kopi slaps) Ambience: 3/5 (stuffy even with fans at full speed)"

"This place is newly renovated and now open for dinner. Clean and windy. Must-try dishes: the curry crab is rich and flavourful, the double-boiled herbal soup is nourishing and comforting, and the butter squid is super crispy and addictive. Great service and generous portions too. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving hearty seafood."

"RM10.00 for Wantan Mee With BBQ Pork, RM10.50 for BBQ Pork With Chicken Rice, plus Kaya Butter Toast, Half-Boiled Eggs, Kopi O Panas, and Teh Panas at RM17.10 — still my usual breakfast lineup, even after the rebrand. This has long been my usual breakfast stop, so the changes were hard to miss. A couple of months ago, they rebranded and the prices crept up, especially for drinks, now more in line with other food courts in the area. Not unexpected, but noticeable if you’ve been coming here for years. That said, the renovation did give the place a proper refresh. New chairs, sturdier tables, and more built-up stalls make the space feel cleaner and more put together. Despite the new look, some of the familiar stall operators are still around, which helps keep a sense of continuity. The Wantan Mee With BBQ Pork (RM10.00) remains a safe order, and it’s worth noting you can add Fried Wantan here — not every stall offers that, as most stick to the steamed version only. We also ordered the BBQ Pork With Chicken Rice (RM10.50), which was surprisingly cheaper than similar options at other food courts, along with the usual breakfast staples: Kaya Butter Toast, Half-Boiled Eggs (2 Eggs), Kopi O Panas, and Teh Panas, all coming up to RM17.10. Slightly on the pricier side, but fairly standard these days. If you’re passing by and looking for a food-court-style spot with multiple stalls under one roof, this place still does the job. Familiar food in a fresher setting, priced for the neighbourhood it’s in."

"Our go-to Ipoh Hor Fun! We come here every weekend, twice a week! and the Ipoh hor fun at this stall in Hari Hari Datang Food Court never disappoints. It’s honestly one of the best we’ve ever had, even better than some of the famous spots in Ipoh and Penang! The soup is thick, rich, and bursting with flavour, you can tell it’s been simmered for hours. Each bowl comes generously topped with fragrant prawn oil and tender, juicy chicken. The quality and portion size make it incredible value for money. A special shoutout to the aunty at the stall, she’s always so kind, sincere, and friendly. Her warm service makes every visit feel like a treat. You can tell she puts her heart into every bowl she serves. This is a true hidden gem. Highly recommended, and we’ll keep coming back as long as she’s here! Update : unfortunately she is no longer operating in this food court"

"This is my frequent go to breakfast and lunch spot each time I am in town. They have since renovated about 6 months ago and I am glad most of the previous food stalls are still around albeit arranged in a different order. My favourite pork noodle stall, curry laksa and wanton mee are still operating there. The dining area is quite large and despite no air conditioning, the place is quite comfortable. They owners have installed large ceiling fans now. They also have ample parking spots but if you come during peak hours, you may have to look for spots in the adjacent shop lots. There lots of food choices here and I have yet to try them all!"

"I must admit I am impressed that after renovation this place looks so much nicer than before. The last time I was here was really long time ago before the renovation. I decided to check it out one night as I was nearby. Unfortunately most days stalls are closed during the night. Only a few stalls remained opened for dinner mainly the Dai Chow stall. There is also a hot pot operator here. Will come back during the day to check out other stalls. Update (19 March 2026): There were two stalls selling Duck Rice. One is a normal looking Chicken rice stall and another is a bigger standalone one called Mingoo Pavilion which looks expensive. I decided to go with the normal looking chicken rice stall. I ordered a plate of Duck Rice for RM10. Soup was good. Rice also nice. Now my review on the duck which is based on kopitiam standard (don't compare to high class restaurant or hotel type of roast duck). I rate the duck at 3.5/5 Stars. Overall not bad. Edible."
